We accept returns and refunds in the following cases:

  3. Size Discrepancy: Products differing in size from the order.
  4. Material Discrepancy: Products with material differing from the order.
  5. Wrong Product: Receipt of a product different from the one ordered.
  6. Description Mismatch: Products significantly differing from the original description.
  7. Wrinkled or Discolored Garments: Clothing arriving with wrinkles or color fading.

Please ensure that your return request falls within one of the above categories to qualify for a return and refund.

RETURN POLICY IN DETAILS:

  • Initiate a return within 14 days.

  • Return via mail; other methods are not accepted.
  • For defective products, our support team will provide a return shipping label.
  • We do not accept returns for products that are defective, purchased in error, do not fit, or are unwanted.
  • We only accept returns for products that are new and unused, in their original packaging.
  • You do not need to pay any fees for returning a product.

REFUND POLICY DETAILS:

  • If you prefer not to return the product, request a refund by emailing support@ricogifts.com.
  • Our support team will respond within 24 hours (business day).
  • Refunds processed back to your PayPal or credit card, depending on your bank’s processing time, with a maximum processing time of 45 days.
