Cancellation Window: You have a 12-hour window to cancel your order for any reason.

Cancellation Fees: Customers are responsible for PayPal transaction charges, comprising 4.4% of the total order amount and additional fixed fees, which vary by location.

For instance, in the United States, the total cancellation fee would be 4.4% of the order value plus a fixed fee of 0.3 USD per transaction.

Cancellation Process: To initiate cancellation, send an email to [support@ricogifts.com] with the subject "Order Cancellation Request." Include your order number and a brief reason for cancellation. Our team will verify your request, calculate applicable fees, and provide confirmation along with the refunded amount.

Refund Processing: Once your cancellation is approved within the 12-hour window, we will initiate the refund process through PayPal. Please allow some time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your chosen payment method and financial institution.

Payment Method: Cancellations are processed securely through PayPal.
