At RicoGifts, we are dedicated to fulfilling orders promptly. However, we currently do not offer expedited shipping services. Please be aware that all our products are made to order, and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

What Should I Do If I Entered My Address Incorrectly?

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address before receiving the shipping notification email, please contact us at support@ricogifts.com. We will make every effort to assist you in correcting the address. However, once the package has been shipped, we are unable to make changes. Ensure that you provide the correct address during checkout to prevent delivery issues.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Certainly! You can cancel your order if it has not entered the production phase. Contact us as soon as possible at support@ricogifts.com to request a cancellation. We will accommodate your request if it meets the necessary criteria.

Can I Modify My Order?

Yes, modifications are possible if your order has not entered production. Send an email to support@ricogifts.com with your modification request, and we will assist you accordingly.

Why Are Late Modifications Not Accepted?

Once an order has entered the production phase, modifications are not possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and recommend making modification requests before production begins to ensure accuracy.

How Much Time Do I Have for Canceling or Modifying the Order?

The time available for canceling or modifying an order may vary based on order volume and product type. Generally, we accept cancellation or modification requests within 12 hours for non-personalized products and up to 24 hours for personalized products from the time of order placement.

Can I Cancel the Order After It Has Been Shipped?

No, once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

How Should I Make a Cancellation or Modification Request?

To request a cancellation or modification, send an email to support@ricogifts.com within the designated time frame (12 hours). Our team will assist you accordingly.

What Types of Payment Are Accepted?

We offer payment through the services provided by PayPal, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) processed through PayPal and Cash on Delivery (COD).

How Do I Apply a Discount, Use My Gift Card, or Apply Reward Points?

To apply a discount, gift card, coupon, or reward points, proceed to your shopping cart during checkout. On the right side, above the subtotal and shipping costs, there is a space to enter your code. Additionally, you will find an option to apply available reward points to your purchase.

Can I Apply a Discount After Placing My Order?

Unfortunately, we cannot apply discounts after orders have been placed. Codes must be entered during checkout, and discounts cannot be combined for a single order. Ensure you apply any discounts before finalizing your purchase to take advantage of the savings.
